We applied those same principles to Pepper’s outward-facing work, producing new Tone of Voice guidelines to help them show the world who they are, and meet new consumer duty rules.
And we produced the hugely popular podcast The Specialist – a stand-out content strand for thought leadership in the specialist mortgage market, delivering 4,000 clicks and 700,000 impressions over two seasons, putting Pepper on the industry map and drawing attention to its unique expertise.
