SMEs account for 99.9% of the UK’s 5.9 million businesspeople, but insurance providers are stuck in a traditional model tailored towards larger companies. Superscript are flipping that on its ead: empowering small businesses by providing flexible month-to-month cover, which can scale as they grow.
But as a fresh startup, Superscript’s potential customers didn’t necessarily know they exist. For many SMEs, poorly-designed insurance was just an immovable fact of life. We helped Superscript get their message out to the world, and change their core audience’s thinking in relevant and attention-grabbing style.
We ran a 360° brand awareness campaign covering OOH billboards and bus stops, social channels and sponsorships, and more besides. It centred on rethinking insurance, inspiring SMEs of all kinds to imagine something better, more exciting, and more carefully designed around their needs.
